Orbian Card Services Early Payment Program for Nidec Vendors
Terms extensions have been implemented across many industries to standardize accounts payable processes. Orbian Card Services, a financial services provider, offers a program to enable suppliers of Nidec Corporation and its affiliates to be paid by their buyer within 5 days following invoice approval.
Once you register, your buyer will use the Orbian Card Services Early Payment Program to enable your company to receive an early, all-cash payment within 5 days of invoice approval.
If you choose not to have Orbian Card Services pay your Nidec Corporation invoices early, your company will be paid the full amount by the buyer on the payment due date reflected in the original invoice.
Start Your Enrollment
Our supplier enrollment application requires you to complete the form in Step 1 with your company information, bank account details and remittance contact information. Step 2 requires that you upload a copy of a recent invoice issued to Nidec Corporation or one of its affiliates and a copy of your bank statement (no older than 90 days), voided check or deposit slip.

Once we receive the required documentation, the Orbian Card Services Team will review and validate your application and will contact you with any questions or requests for further information, if necessary.
When you are enrolled and fully activated on the Orbian System, you will receive an email confirmation with your login information. At the same time, we’ll inform Nidec Corporation that you will receive your payments from Orbian Card Services.
